Current Vacancies

Casual staff needed - We are currently looking for casual support staff who have the drive and commitment it truly takes in making a difference in a changing environment when providing support to people living with a disability. We work together to move forward and grow – positively, through an unparalleled quality of care.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Community Participation, assisting with social outings and transport

  • Assistance with daily life tasks

  • Provide support in a manner that is consistent and encourages and motivates our Participants to meet their goals

  • Maintain positive working relationships with other team members, Participants, families and stakeholders.

  • Regular recording of shift notes, reporting and Support plans, identifying areas of improvement and recognising steps taken towards achieving goals.

  • Portray values and attitudes in line with those of TSS

Qualifications & requirements

  • NDIS Workers Screening

  • Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

  • QLD Drivers Licence

  • First Aid & CPR Certificate

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)

  • Reliable car 

  • Full comprehensive car insurance
