Debra had over 10 years experience in Business Management and staff relations early in her career and developed a passion for teamwork from a young age. An interest in mental health saw her make the move into study and consequently a role as a Counsellor in private practise and Mental Health Support Work, specialising in depression, anxiety and ASD.
Alongside the health industry she also worked in Digital Marketing and Web Development over the past decade, as she loves being creative and has a passion for SEO. This broad career gives her a good combination of skills to help support management, participants and staff. Debra moved from Melbourne in 2017 and has since loved working within the health industry on the Sunshine Coast. She thrives on being able to assist participants towards their goals and supporting staff in training and their careers.
Grace is a new edition to the TSS team. She will greet you at reception if you come and visit us at our office. She is new to the disability sector after having worked in hospitality for the past 6 years and is now enjoying her new role and all that she is learning with us. Grace is warm and welcoming to our TSS guests and is looking forward to meeting you on your next visit the office.
